1. How do I book an appointment?

You can book easily by clicking the link at the top of the website, where you’ll find all our 
services listed. Feel free to text me with any questions.


2. How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?

Make sure your hair is grown out for at least 3-4 weeks. Wear loose clothing to allow the 
waxed area to breathe. Exfoliating 24 hours before helps achieve smoother results.


3. Is waxing painful?

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. If you have a large tattooed area, you can probably 
handle a Brazilian wax. Some clients laugh to keep from crying—just kidding, you’ll be 
fine! Most people find it totally manageable.


4. Can I get waxed while on my period?
Yes, as long as your tampon, cup, or pad is secured. If you’re comfortable, we’re good to 
go!

 

5. What are the benefits of waxing?
Waxing gives you smooth skin for 4-6 weeks and helps reduce hair growth over time. It 
can also naturally lighten dark spots from shaving, boosting confidence.


6. Can I get waxed while pregnant?
Yes, waxing while pregnant is safe, though you might feel more sensitive. Always consult 
your healthcare provider before booking.


7. How long do the results last?
Waxing lasts about 4-6 weeks, with regrowth being thinner over time.


8. How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule online. If there’s an emergency, 
just text me. Full details are in our cancellation policy.


9. Can I bring my child to my appointment?
For safety reasons, we ask that children stay at home, as hot wax and sharp tools are 
present in the treatment area.

 

10. Can I bring my friend or partner to my appointment?
To make sure you get the best possible service, we ask that friends, partners, or guests 
not join you in the treatment room during your appointment. This allows us to focus on 
you and ensure a relaxing, professional experience.


11. Is there parking available?
Yes, free underground parking is available. You can enter the garage between Rojo 
Mexican Grill and Anthropologie or near the plant store. Park near the red neon elevator 
bay.

 

12. Can I get waxed while taking medication?

Taking antibiotics or topical acne medications such as (but not limited to) Retinols, Epiduo, Differin, Alpha hydroxy acids, etc. can cause cause skin sensitivity and skin to lift when waxed. You must be off Acutane for 6 months before waxing

Wax Aftercare Instructions

Skin may be sensitive following a wax and will vary in body area and hair growth. Red bumps or irritation should subside within a few hours.

 

Avoid sun exposure, hot baths, heavy lotions and scents, and exfoliation first 24-48 hours following a wax

 

Excessive sweating can cause bacteria to enter empty hair follicles causing breakout. Shower immediately after workout to help reduce breakouts.

 

Give your skin 24-48 hours for redness to subside.

 

Oil, sweat and makeup can fill into the follicles and cause as breakout. It's important to keep waxed area clean and makeup-free.

 

Avoid sun exposure for 24-48 hours following a wax.

Cancellation Policy

Showing Up Late to an Appointment
Clients have up to 7 minutes past your scheduled appointment to arrive and still recieve service(s) booked. Arriving MORE than 7 minutes late will result in being marked as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee . No-Call / No-Shows will be charged 100% service fee WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Please be considerate as this is a small business where every appointment is valued and appreciated. If you know you'll be running late, please text us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Confirmation Text/Email
You will receive email or text 72 hours before scheduled appointment giving you the option to confirm or cancel your appointment. You will receive another appointment reminder 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

Menstrual/Period Policy
You are able to get waxed while on period with tampon or diva cup inserted. Getting a Brazilian wax while on period is common. Tampons are provided if needed as courtesy. It is a personal preference to not get waxed during period. Cancellation fee will still be applied while on period. It is client's responsibility to schedule waxes around period if choose.

Cancellation/Reschedules
As a small business , last minute cancellations and no shows are huge impacts to business and livelihood. Last minute cancellations makes it difficult to fill appointment slot that was originally reserved for you. All cancellations and reschedules are required to be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment and directly through booking site. Please avoid reaching directly out to me for reschedules and cancellations. Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of service total.

We are located inside Sola Salons. Upon entering building, walk straight down hallway where you should pass bathrooms and drinking fountains. Make a right at the end of hallway and I'm in suite 24. If my curtains are open, I am ready for you.  If the curtains are closed, take a seat on bench and refrain from knocking on glass door.
